• HOLIDAY BASKETS CONTRIBUTION - It is customary at Discovery School for our  families to come together towards the holiday season and open their hearts to share with our community. This year, the school is looking at preparing 29 holiday baskets for our maintenance, support, and security staff. We are asking for a family contribution of L150 to be sent before Friday, November 16. Please place your contribution in a sealed envelope with your family name, and send it to school or give it to one of your homeroom teachers. These proceeds will be used to buy staples for the holiday baskets that will be given out before the Holiday break.

FUNDACION ABRIGO - provides lodging for families from outside Tegucigalpa who bring patients to Hospital Escuela. Discovery School has been a partner in solidarity with Fundacion Abrigo for the past years. We are asking for a donation of 1 gallon of disinfectant per family. Please send us your donation per family by Wednesday, October 31.

AASCA Basketball (Costa Rica) - Kudos to our boys’ basketball team who are in San Jose ready to play basketball. Thank you Ms. Yery, Mr. Alvin, and Mr. Steven for all the hard work with our student-athletes.
