SECONDARY NEWS

AP EXAMS (for grades 10 - 12) The time has come to order AP exams.

We need your confirmation on whether your child will take the AP exam(s).
If the school does not get confirmation from you by FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 9,

we will understand that this means that your child WILL NOT take the AP exam(s).
We encourage that you discuss this with your child since we will be ordering the exact number of exams needed.

MODEL UNITED NATIONS (middle and high school students) - An informational letter was given to your child regarding the Model UN trip. Deadline to respond was last Friday, January 26. Please contact Ms. Gloria if your child is interested in participating in the event.

ATTENDANCE - Traffic is difficult for everybody in the city.

Please make the necessary arrangements so your child arrives to school before 7:55 am.

BLOGS – we remind all parents and students to check the blogs every Monday (preferably)

in order to be informed of the week’s content.

HOMEWORK CALENDAR – is a very useful tool to keep track of homework, quizzes, and

tests, etc. The homework calendar is located within every blog.

ENGRADEPRO – check accounts frequently to monitor progress

COMMUNICATION - If there is an issue that you wish to discuss regarding the blogs,

the homework calendar, and/or Engrade, please send an  email to Ms. Gloria

STUDENT ABSENCES - If your child is sick, please send an email to Ms. Gloria so she

can excuse your child and inform all teachers.
