OCTOBER 29 - NOVEMBER 2

SECONDARY NEWS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

ELECTRONIC DEVICES - as part of their school supplies, students are required to bring a laptop or a tablet with a keyboard in order to work in class. The use of cell phones as a working device will no longer be allowed as it not appropriate for typing and it also creates distraction with the use of social media. Laptops and tablets connect through our school’s wifi and allows us to control the child’s content.

FUNDACION ABRIGO - provides lodging for families from outside Tegucigalpa who bring patients to Hospital Escuela. Discovery School has been a partner in solidarity with Fundacion Abrigo for the past years. We are asking for a donation of 1 gallon of disinfectant per family. Please send us your donation per family by Wednesday, October 31.

AASCA Basketball (Costa Rica) - Kudos to our boys’ basketball team who are in San Jose ready to play basketball. Thank you Ms. Yery, Mr. Alvin, and Mr. Steven for all the hard work with our student-athletes.
